Mark Russinovich and Bryce Cogswell are brilliant guys who know more about Windows than almost anyone else. They started a site called sysinternals.com, which was subsequently bought out by Microsoft. Sysinternals is a collection of tools useful for system admins, network admins, virus removal, and soooo much more. If you’re in IT and didn’t know about these tools, it’s time to learn.
